Report on the 27th Annual IAJGS Conference This week WorldVitalRecords.com has been at the 27th Annual International Assocation of Jewish Genealogical Societies (IAJGS) Conference, located in Salt Lake City in the Hilton Conference Center. This conference lasted from July 15-20 and has the record of being the “longest genealogy conference in America.” The conference featured more than 20 different subject areas with topics ranging from cemetery restoration in Eastern Europe to researching vital records in Poland. Genealogy in 15 Minutes A Day: Training the Next Generation In preparation for this, make sure that the kids or grandkids are around. Day 1: Show a pedigree chart. It has an interesting visual format and will probably spark interest quicker than family group sheets.
