Paul Allen, CEO, WorldVitalRecords.com was listed among the vSpring Capital Top 100 Venture Entrepreneurs (v|100) yesterday. Allen was also nominated among this class of top entrepreneurs in 2005 and 2006.

The v|100 was created to recognize outstanding entrepreneurs who have ties to the state of Utah. The voting is performed by members of the community who are asked to nominate individuals whom they feel are most likely to lead a successful startup venture in the next five to seven years in the field of IT or biotech industries.
