Rhode Island Records. The Second Volume of the Colonial Records of Rhode Island commences with the adoption of the Charter of Charles the Second, and the organization of the government under the same, in March 1663-1664, and extends to the close of the year 1677, thereby including fourteen years of the Colonial Annals.
